The highest quality nutrient-dense beef will be right in your home, direct from our pastures.
Once you’ve experienced the flavor of FRESH, grass-fed or grass-fed grain finished beef raised on our nearby pastures, you won’t want to eat any other beef.
Our Angus Cross cattle eat grass throughout their life and few are finished with alfalfa and grain for extra flavor and marbling.
The cost is $7.25 per pound hanging weight. Slaughter, processing, an disposal fee is included in price.
Your desired share is slaughtered and processed just a short drive away from our ranch in an independent Animal Welfare Approved slaughterhouse and processing facility.
650 to 750 pounds is a typical hanging weight. Your whole beef will be about $5075 (Give or Take) The deposit is half the estimated total. The final payment amount will be calculated once hanging weight is received from the processing facility. You are then responsible for the remaining amount owed for your desired share. Your share is aged and hung form 21 to 30 days.
What’s included with a whole?
Remember, this is after beef is slaughtered, and processed. Depending on how fat the boine was and the percentage of bone-in and boneless cuts, a customer can expect to yield 50-65% of a 700 lb aged carcass or 350–455lbs of finished product.

All steaks are cut to 1-inch to 1.25-inch thickness, except for the filets, which are normally cut two inches thick.
Freezer space: 8 cu. feet. Picture 16 brown paper grocery sacks about 3/4 full.
All amounts are minimums. These are the amounts we stide to meet for each bovine we harvest, but we aim to overdeliver. Every processing facility is different and may or may not offer these exact cuts or specialty cuts.
We try our best to offer a cut sheet to choose from and what is offered by the processing facility.
Please let us know if you’d like to keep the tongue or heart as well. Theirs only one of each per animal. Also, let us know if you desire any of the bones from your share.
Once we receive word that your desired share is ready for pickup, we can then deliver your share to any of our convenient pickup locations or home delivery. The total for the package is a set price, and you’ll receive a standardized selection of our most popular cuts.
We stide to yield a total hanging weight of 650 to 750 pound on each bovine we harvest.
For customers purchasing a whole beef share, custom cuts are available upon request if offered by butcher.
